A chemist turned rentalpreneur…Since I started my Short Term Rental in 2016, I have always been a consistent Super Host awardee in Booking.com and Airbnb.
I help long-term property rental owners and managers transition to short-term so they can plan and use strategies to maximize their rental income.
After successfully building my short-term rental business, I truly believe that providing the greatest experience to guests is by far the MOST essential element. And that, it is possible to provide this experience with a strategic plan, and the right tools to streamline your operations.
I used to get 8,000 income per unit a month from my long-term rental. With my short-term rental now, I earn 2,000 per day! If I have my STR unit rented out for 30 days, I can earn 60,000! Also, I can clean and check my units right after the guests have checked out thus I can prevent spending on repair and maintenance.
The uncertain times and economic disruption did not stop me from continuing my short-term rental business. I am so passionate about my business because I also enjoy hosting my guests. I get to connect and communicate with them as friends or family members.
